ご依頼・お問い合わせに関するガイドライン
1．弊社では、知的財産権に関するトラブルを未然に防ぐため、公募時を除き、外部の方からのアイデアや企画の持ち込みをご遠慮いただいております。 万が一、ご提案をいただいた場合、以下の条件にご同意いただいたものとみなします。
・弊社は、お送りいただいたご提案に対する機密保持の義務を負いません。
・弊社は、ご提案を検討、評価、採用する義務を負いません。
・弊社は、ご提案の回答を行う義務を負いません。
・弊社の企画や作品が、ご提案の内容と同一または類似した場合でも、弊社は一切の責任を負いません。
・お送りいただいた資料等の返却はいたしかねます。原則として開封せずに廃棄させていただきます。
2．弊社では、業務の特性上、会社見学や個人の方からの取材依頼は原則としてお断りしております。 なお、報道関係者様等による取材のご依頼につきましては、[コンタクトフォーム]より企画内容を明記の上、お問い合わせください。 内容を検討し、受諾可能な場合のみ担当より折り返しご連絡いたします。
3．弊社では、一般のお客様からのプレゼントやお手紙、献品等のお受け取りは一律で辞退させていただいております。 郵送・宅配便等でお送りいただいた場合、開封せずに廃棄、または受取拒否とさせていただく場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
4．弊社への就職・採用に関するお問い合わせ、およびポートフォリオの送付につきましては、本ページではなく「RECRUIT（採用情報）」ページをご確認ください。指定の応募フォーム以外（本お問い合わせ窓口や郵送）からお送りいただいた資料、作品等につきましては、原則として拝見・回答いたしかねます。
Guidelines for Inquiries and Proposals

Unsolicited Ideas and Proposals To prevent any disputes regarding intellectual property rights, we do not accept unsolicited ideas or proposals from external parties, except when explicitly requested through an official public invitation. Should you send us a proposal despite this policy, it will be deemed that you have agreed to the following conditions:
･We assume no obligation to maintain confidentiality regarding your proposal.
･We assume no obligation to review, evaluate, or adopt your proposal.
･We assume no obligation to respond to your proposal.
･We shall not be liable in any way if our current or future projects or works are identical or similar to the content of your proposal.
･We will not return any materials related to your proposal. As a general rule, we will dispose of them unopened.
2. Company Tours and Media Interviews Due to the nature of our operations, we generally do not accept requests for company tours or interviews from individuals. For press or media inquiries, please contact us via the [Contact Form] with specific details of your project. We will review your request and reply only if we are able to accommodate it.
3. Gifts and Offerings We respectfully decline all gifts, letters, and offerings from the general public. Please note in advance that if any items are sent to us via mail, courier, or other delivery services, we may refuse acceptance or dispose of them unopened.
4. Employment and Portfolio Submissions For all recruitment inquiries and portfolio submissions, please refer to our “RECRUIT” page rather than using this page. Please be advised that, as a general rule, we do not review or respond to any materials or artwork sent through non-designated channels (such as this contact window or direct mail).
